Helping Parents Find Answers.

You’re confused by the disconnect between what you know your child is truly capable of and what they actually do at school and at home. You’re exhausted by the endless battles over behavioral expectations or dozens of reminders your child seems to need to put their shoes on, do their homework, or turn off screens. Your child expresses worries or fears that don’t make rational sense, but nothing you say seems to help. You find yourself questioning, am I pushing them too hard, or not hard enough?

I am here to help you find answers that fit your child. As a licensed psychologist, I specialize in both evaluation and treatment for neurodivergent kids and kids struggling with anxiety or OCD.

My services

Comprehensive child & Adolescent Evaluations

I provide comprehensive assessments related to autism, ADHD, giftedness, and dyslexia and other learning disorders. I evaluate clients from the ages of 3 to 16. Currently scheduling 3-4 weeks out.

Individual Child Therapy

I provide individual therapy to children ages 8+ and teens for anxiety, OCD, depression, and life challenges that arise from living as a neurodivergent individual in a neurotypical world. As a therapist, my approach is warm, playful, and collaborative. I aim to give kids and parents effective, evidence-based tools to address their challenges and improve their confidence, at a pace that fits their unique personality and needs.

My sessions typically blend play with skill-building, and I incorporate my clients’ interests in our work where possible. I am trained in exposure and response prevention (ERP) and use this model when working with clients with OCD or significant anxiety disorders. Parents must be willing to regularly attend therapy sessions and support children in applying what they learn at home. Not currently accepting individual therapy clients.

Parent Coaching

I love helping parents find ways to better understand and connect more deeply with their uniquely wired child, while also tackling difficult behaviors. Parent coaching may be for you if you:

  • Want to get on the same page about parenting with your partner.

  • Can’t figure out how to set realistic expectations of your anxious or neurodivergent child.

  • Are pulling your hair out attempting to navigate constant behavioral problems or inadequate learning support at school.

  • Feel stuck in trying to support a child with big fears or OCD.

As a psychologist, I am trained in several evidence-based positive parenting and parent-treatment programs (Triple P, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions/SPACE Treatment) and have practical tools that can help. As a parent of a neurodivergent kid, I know in my bones how challenging this is and can’t wait to help you get back to enjoying your child. Currently Accepting New Clients.
